About DeAnna
Nearly twenty-five years ago, as a
wife and new mother, DeAnna discovered her interest in real estate while
searching for her family’s second home. She worked closely with agents and loan
representatives to learn the ins and outs of the homebuying process, and her
growing passion—along with the need for a flexible schedule—led her to earn her
real estate license in 2001. Today, DeAnna Gillum-Arthur is a Realtor with
Vision Realty Centers. Before joining Vision in 2011, she was with Century 21
Hartford in Farmington, where she earned the Century 21 Sales Achievement
Awards in 2002 and 2005. Dedicated to helping people navigate the buying and
selling process, she believes in fair, honest practices and enjoys sharing her
expertise through meetings, calls, seminars, and newsletters. She especially
loves working with first-time buyers who never thought homeownership was
possible.
In her free time, DeAnna enjoys life
with her husband of 30 years, her daughters, stepdaughter, grandchildren, and
an energetic dog. She volunteers with Willing Workers for Christ, Angel Tree
ministry, and serves on the Women’s Ministry Planning Committee at Macedonia
Baptist Church. She’s also a proud member of the Alpha Rho Omega chapter of
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she co-chairs the Childhood
Hunger Initiative Power Pack (CHIPP) program and volunteers on various
committees.
